Vodafone — Security Deposit Refund Pending to be cleared

I was holding Vodafone Idea postpaid number [protected].
Against which I paid security deposit amount at the time of taking my connection.
Since I Ported out of VI, I have not got my security refund back.
Please resolve else I will have to take strict actions in consumer court.
