My family member sim card is not showing any network for last 15 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone.
On checking in Vodafone store, they told me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal because Old IDEA sims need to be upgraded to new New Vi sim as old sim won’t support anymore. They disconnected network without any prior intimation.
I have lodged a complaint APR-V[protected].but i cant see status because they send a verification code to the same number. How can i receive a message when i don't have any network.
I visited nearby store They’re not ready to issue new sim card as there is a typo error in their data base where they entered month in DOB as 8 instead of 9 as per ID proof. I contacted them for 4 days in a row. They kept on postponing everyday without resolutions which is very frustrating. I’m not able to port to other network too as they send porting code to the same number. I’m very disappointed with the vodafone store representative response when I contacted them, they answered me like nothing can be done, U guys made a typo error in ur database and now you’re blaming me as it is not matching my original document. i don't see any options available to solve this issue.
