This is to bring it to yo notice that three of customer care employees was not helpful for me in any ways and they kept on giving me false hopes and no manners to listen understand customer concerns.
Despite of multiple calls and reminders no one could help me out in getting my refund initiated.
I would like to brief the scenario hoping you will understand the issue.
The booking of car was done on 11 th august for 24 and 25 th of this month and later it was realised that 25 th is festival and i had to cancel the car booking.. So i cancelled the booking on 13th.
As per the company policy 20 percent of my booking amount wil be deducted. I was ok with that as that is company policy.. And your staff said that refund will be initiated within 24 to 48 servers. N takes 5 to 7 working days from bank.
From 13 till date no refund is initiated from your teams and all are not helping me whenever i have called all are just giving false commitments which is offence to any customer care employees..
Now that i am pissed off with all things.. I am writing this to you to keep you informed that police complaint has been raised against your company as fraud case.
When your company has not followed thier own policy.. Why should i pay 20 percent of my booking amount.. I need complete refund of my booking amount.. To be fair from my side i can be ready to pay oly 10 percent of booking amount in the worst case.
