[Resolved] Voonik.com — received a waste cloth pieces instead of a saree which I had ordered.

I ordered one saree about 646/- rupees from bluelady on 22nd december (Ordered number #11449). But i received waste cloth pieces instead of the saree which i ordered. I had attached the pics what i ordered and what ihad received. I had applied for refund. They sent a text message, that you will get refund in 10 days. But still i had not get my money. I mailed them 2 times but no response from their side. This site is fraud. Don't order anything from this site. Can you any tell me where and how i had complaint this type of fradulents.

I have order some cloth but received waste cut pieces. I have requested for the refund but they are not responding nor replying to the mails. This web site is fake. I have compliant following person:-
1) Web Site Owner / Company Owner.
2) Web Site Developers
3) Logistics Firms.
