I have subscribed to vovinet wireless internet service. the promised download speed is 13 mbps but i am getting hardly 1 to 2 mbps. (as measured by trai's app) i was required to pay in advance for 6 months. so i am stuck with them. the helpline is of no avail either no one picks up after ivr or the tele-executive gives evasive answers.
No discount is given if the promised speed is not received. only excuses are given.
