Today i booked bus ticket from paytm as bangalore to kagwad on 27th jan 2019 8pm it's been wrong info as date we are willing to travel is 23rd jan 2019 8pm. So i already called paytm helpline number but they are told operator is responsible to answer questions and give right solution for my complaint.
Please find attachments of order i need the bus ticket should be modified or if not possible need to cancel then i am not going to pay any cancellation charges for that as per cancellation policy before 48 hours of departure you will return 84.93% amount but as you see after ticket booking within 1 hour if i am asking for date modification or cancellation to book new 1 i am not responsible for cancellation charges.
As still 10 days to departure as of my booking but asking me to pay cancellation charges.
