My Journey was disgusting..
I had carried extra luggage & they dint charge when I was loading my luggage in the bus at Belgaum. But in the night at check point suddenly asked to pay Rs. 300/- & I argued for some time on the same issue. I paid the amount because other travelers were suffering just because of me.
Now you tell me is this the right way to treat a customer?
They dint charge in Belgaum office & charged in the night at 1:30 am. God knows which place it was?
In Begaum driver said (In angry voice) to me that "Aapko extra charge padega nahi to niche utar jaao" So I said "Utaar ke dikha aur office wale ko bulao because mai aapko amount nahi pay kar sakata." But no one came & bus started.
From next time I am not going to use VRL service as in the last 3 years I dint had this type of Experience. I travel once in every 2 month.
Please answer following questions:
1) Why they dint charge in the Belgaum?
2) Why Belgaum Office person dint come to charge me?
3) Driver was asking to pay, is he want to earn extra money?
4) Why they dint talk politely?
5) Is this a good customer service?
