VRL Travels — Worst management and so much delay in the buses

Hi, I am Vijay, I want to lodge complaint on the people who work at bus KA25C7667, on the date of 16th April from Bangalore to Mugalkhod, are very rude,

1. first of all the bus was delayed so much it was scheduled at 8:30 and they came to yeshwanthpura at 9:12

2. I booked the bus at Subramanya police station stop, they skipped the stop and made me board at yeshwanthpura

3. When I asked the employee who worked there that I want to keep luggage in the backside he said it is full and behaved rudely, when I forced him to open it was completely empty. It was huge luggage in the sleeper bus and he asked me to keep on my seat, it is sleeper bus, where should I sleep?

Please consider this complaint in priority, I have been using VRL for so many year, this is happening every time, the quality of the service has came down so much, please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
