VTU — EDDTS Portal not sending OTP - Issuance of Official Transcripts

Hi Sir,

I want to issue official transcripts asap but after signing up in the EDDTS Portal, I am unable to receive the OTP. There is no resend option and I am unable to proceed further

I am preparing for my higher education and application of some colleges are closed. They require official transcripts.

Please help me in the issuance of official transcript. It's urgent
