Wakefit — Customer assistance

Wakefit customer assistance is really pathetic. I ordered for a mattress and wanted to make modifications and they are very bad in taking care of request and keep on telling that you would be receiving a call within 24 hours.

I have not yet received my product but now i am quite unsure whether the product will be good or not.

I would not recommend to order anything from wakefit. May be they have paid customer reviews posted.

I felt so terrible with the constant follow-up that I have to eventually cancel the order.
Since I lost the faith and I cannot find it reliable further due to bad customer support.
