Product quality is not upto the mark as it is advertised, Moreover the 10/100 days replacement or refund is a trap. I have requested for replacement/return on 6-Dec'22 just after a day of delivery which is still not picked till today ie 20th, have called customer care several times and mailed with pic and video of sofa, the CC people simply closed the ticket with saying product quality is like that only.during this period no one have come to check or pick this up yet, I am still waiting for some one to come and pick this up.
1. Hole in fabric is not considered as defect.
2. Huge gap between arm rest seater where remote, toys can get stuck into it is not considered as defect.
3. Incorrect information on website is not considered as mistake from wakefit.
4. Stitching threads is coming out and no proper stitching is not considered as defect.
Wakefit customer support accepted it as defect and following it up with us from long time.
Today supervisor was called and telling it's already rectified. He was not even in position to listen my words and cut my call
