First ordered WakeFit Napper models on 25th Jul 2022, with an estimated delivery of 15th Aug 2022 (=20 days). There was no update from them during the entire duration, I called 2 times only to find out they wouldn't be able to deliver.
Thereafter, a series of calls and emails have gone from my side and there is no forthright response, just empty promises. They want consumers to wait for 60 days for delivery, whereas everybody else in the market delivers under 15 days or so.
I would like honest written updates on the product, as I am losing time.
