Wakefit — I did not receive my sofa, struggling to get refund

I didn't get the sofa which I ordered due to staircase width issue. Still, they have marked my sofa as delivered. I'm calling everyday for nearly 20 days now, no response from Wakefit, neither they initiated refund. Highly disappointed.
