Wardrobe components against order no. Order Id # ORDER202110PlSeWc were delivered on Oct. 39, 2021. Since I was going to be awy till 11th October, I requested that installation be done after 11 Nov.
I have been following up with Wakefit customer service for the installtion to be done swiftly. After at least 12 conversations with the customer service and repeated assurances by them that it will be done soon, nothing has happened till date. It is now nearly a month since I made the request for installation and about a month and a half sine the item was delivered.
I find that Wakefit after-sales service is dismal. I am very disappointed and will not recommend Wakefit to friends and family. Neither wiil I continue with planned purchases with Wake fit. Was this information helpful? |
