I had placed an order for an engineered wood bed from Wakefit on 1st May 2022, Order id ORDER202205c1ZEyj. It was scheduled to be delivered latest by 16th May 2022. However, the scheduled day has passed and the order itself has not been processed yet and no delivery has been made. There is no update or communication on when the product will be delivered. Company should compensate me for the delay and ensure delivery asap. Also, I should be informed whether and when the delivery will be done. Was this information helpful? |
