We ordered a queen size cot on November 30th. The delivery date was mentioned as December 17th. On December 17th we get a call from wakefit team that it will be delivered before Jan 19th.
We asked why there is a discrepancy between the date of delivery mentioned online and what is been spoken to us on phone. All the customer care excutives could say was please give us 48 hrs till we revert back with the solution.
We waited till December 27th. Meanwhile we also got a few calls from Wakefit logistics team that the order will be delivered on time. And then suddenly out of no where I get a message from Wakefit that my item has been cancelled.
We had paid by card during the time of booking and the money is still not refunded. Even if the company refunds the money, they had our money for more than a month.
We checked with them again to place a new order with the same amount but delayed delivery. They denied saying the offer has ended. It was completely the company’s mistake and miscommunication. Me being 6 months pregnant it’s super annoying to face all of this and do nothing during this time. Was this information helpful? |
