Wakefit — Product not beimg delivered

I had ordered a wakefit sofa from flipkart on September 29th 2022.. It was supposed to be delivered by October 24th. The flipkart page even showed that the product has been shipped on 17th October to my address.. I had called up flipkart on 24th October and asked about delivery, they answered that the product has been shipped already and kindly wait for 2 days.. After two days when i contacted wakefit, they are telling that they have NOT YET DISPATCHED ANY PRODUCT AS THE DELIVERY PINCODE IS NOT SERVICEABLE IT SEEMS.. This they are telling me after 1 month of order date.. On asking them why it has beern updated on flipkart as shipped on 17th, they are telling that its flipkart's internal timeline.. My questions are :
1) If the pincode is not serviceable, then why is flipkart taking orders to that pincode.. It is accepting the same order to the same pincode even today also.
2) when wakefit has accepted the order on 29th September, and it knows that the pincode is not deliverable why has it not informed me or flipkart.. I could have cancelled the order earlier and saved 1 month of my time.
3) why is flipkart updating lies on their platform that the product has been shipped when clearly it has not been shipped by wakefit..
4) why is there no coordination between the seller and the flipkart team.. This is causing so much of problem to us, the customers..
