I had ordered Napper Sofa on 14th Feb 2021(Order ID: ORDER202102jiMIXz). One of the seat cushion is depressed since last September 2022. I had raised ticket[protected] in Wakefit website for seat cushion replacement since the product was under warranty. I even sent video and images clearly showing the part where cushion is depressed. But the customer service team always found a way to reject the sent video and kept on calling to send videos again. Was this information helpful? |
