I had ordered a wall mirror from Wall Mantra but had to cancel it due to size issues. Both the order and cancellation were done on 8 August 2023. Initiallt they mentioned that the amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 days. But now it's almost a month, I haven't yet received the refund. Their customer service is a joke. You can't speak to any of their customer service agent and will answer your Whatsapp messages in templatized replies. Was this information helpful? |
