Ordered a wall painting with frame from Wallmantra.com.
I received the order after 2 wks even though I paid an expensive shipping cost. I received a damaged product - frame was broken and the paining itself was completely messed up. We email them to return, they replied after a wk saying they will refund after the returned product is picked up. It has been 4 wks since then. Coruier guy came 3 times and says they can't pick it up because they came ina 2 wheeler and have other packages to pick up too. No response from the company for the last 2 wks.
