yesterday my passport ultra 2TB external hard drive stopped working. it was hardly 11 days since i receive it from amazon. yesterday when i attached it to my macbook pro it only showed the white light in the hard drive but read hee nahi ho rah thi laptop main. i want it replaced asap. i talked to both amazon and wd regarding this problem for 30 mins and finally amazon said WD should provide you with DOA letter then only they will be able to replace it.
