I've purchased WD Blue SN550 from Amazon one year back which came with 5 Years of Warenty. From last 3 weeks I'm not able to use my laptop with that SSD as the entire OS is running on it and SSD got crashed along with my personal data. I've raised the same with Western Digital support and they have raised Insident with Reference #:[protected] and asked me to perform some troubleshooting steps, I've done with that and finally they have agreed to replace the product. But from last 2 weeks they are saying that their portal is under maintainance and not yet resolved.
Is this the correct way?. I am currently working from home and with that laptop. Currently my operating system is running on that SSD and it got crashed. They are not sailing the exact time of providing resolution. Please help me out in this regards.
