I have applied for RMA for my WD my passport drive and i've sent the drive through courier and it's been a month now, I have been calling since a month now regarding update of my return and you guys keep saying you'll get a call from our superior and i never get the call, I've called like a hundred times now but they don't do anything regarding the issue,
All they say is you'll get your update
Please guys come on, i'm in need of drive and you guys keep playing with your CUSTOMER
