Ordered for delivery on 17/08/2020 from 7 am to 9 pm for wedding anniversary celebration of my brother in law. Till 10.30. Pm the package is not delivered and the celebrations are over. I was following up for the delivery from 5 pm onwards. Then they forwarded amail that the package is delivered., without delivering it. When i requested to cancel the order and refund the money back, they are rejecting the request.

Updated by Daliya Behanan On 18/08/20 I have received a mail from winni, telling that they have cancelled the order. But they have not mentioned the refund confirmation and refund expected date .
