Irrespective of having the policy to not deliver the cake to any location in is on Sunday and Monday, they took the order and kept us in dark. On the birthday, which happens to be Sunday when we tried to track the status of delivery, to our very surprise the customer care informed that they can make delivery by Tuesday and not by Sunday or Monday. This was a humiliating condition for us and in this context I am rasing this complain against the Winni.in. Please be informed they make the commitment only to break.
