1. I purchased a Woodland Sandal Design No GD - 46105 (Khaki) from Woodland retail store at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India on 24 Aug 09. On 25 Aug, I found that the sandal pinches my little toe due manufacturing defect. I took it back to the retail shop, who flatly refused to replace the sandal or permit me to pick up an alternate sandal/ shoe. The bill is attached.

I have purchased a sandles (article no.- GD 0046105 KHAKI 41) from woodland store at, GF-9 Cross River Mall, Sahadara - 92, Delhi, on 04-july-2009. But, after few days the threads are coming out of the Sandles. I got it repaired through one of woodland store in Sarojini Nagar Market, Delhi. Had purchased Woodland Shoes Article No SM 3227 BLACK 43 footwear from woodland showroom in Delhi Kamla Nagar (E-120, Kamala Nagar, Near Big Circle, New Delhi - 110007).


The shoe pair(SM 3227) looks good but is highly uncomfortable, could feel the surface of the road, even the small stones can be felt in the feet.
