Dear sir,
I have been wearing woodland shoes from some years now.
But the 4 pairs i bought recently has set a new benchmark for substandard product. Already got them repaired once which took 28 days to receive back and sadly repairs did not last even 5 days. Left the 03 pairs in store on 19th march again & requested replacement.
04th pair which was blue when i bought has been returned black after repair which also requires replacement. I have been writing multiple emails to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com / [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and following up with store manager ghitorni rohit [protected] since 02 months & asm amit [protected] since a month without any resolution. Both hardly answer calls. Whenever they do at convenience give a false commitment to never revert back.
I do not require this poor quality of products where you are stressed that shoe would fall apart anytime.
Appreciate replace with new shoes. I don’t need repairs again.
