Woohoo.in — Giftbig.com is not changing my card type

Giftbig is a website for selling gift card of different vendor at the same place. SO I got gift worth 6000 rs as a giftbig dining card. But I have asked them(giftbig.com) to change this card to normal giftbig card. But they are not doing that, But nowhere in their term and condition it is mentioned that we can not exchange the card.
