Woohoo.in — Giftbig.com site is not hounering its term and condition

Hi, My friend gifted me giftbig card of worth 6000 rs, according to him he gifted me the giftbig normal card, but I got the giftbig dining card. When I talked to the giftbig customer care regarding this issue and asked them to change this card to normal card. They are not doing that and nowhere it is mentioned in their t&c that they cannot exchange the card. But still they are not exchanging them.
