WTCNoida.org — payment of commitment charges

Dear Customer Support,

Pl ref my mails dt 04 Jun 20, 07 Jun 20, 09 Jun 20, 19 Jun 20, 10 Jul 20 & conversation with your staff.

I am holding a unit in your project with customer ID WTCN 181.

Payment of commitment charges were supposed to be done post possession. However, no commitment charges have been received wef Mar/ April 20.

A delay of 5 months isn't warranted even in times of Corona Pandemic. This is totally unprofessional & illegal on your part.

Request rather than sending an apologetic email citing reduced staff, pls expedite the payment of commitment charges with interest for the delay as mentioned in ur BBA.

Is there any group for people owning lockable or unlockable property at WTC Noida Or at their other project. And the commited charges or rent not been paid regularly as been promised with one or the other excuse.
