[Resolved]  WWICS Bangalore Domlur Branch — No update on Immigration Service

I am writing to you with regards to my case FSN: 62375, the contract of agreement for Skilled Worker Category (Gold package) which I entered on 27 Nov 2010. I wish to file a complaint with respect to failure on part of WWICS, branch Bangalore to provide me the requested information on time, pertaining to my case and as requested over and over again. Moreover, the unprofessional and callous attitude that is depicted by some senior members in Bangalore branch (Mr Suresh, Branch Manager) towards my case has caused me to take this extreme step, which is one last step before I make way for legal action. I'd like to familiarize you with the reason why I am so furious and outraged with the treatment that is provided to a client. Find below the history of my case for you to take appropriate action for my case and to fix the 'homely' mindset attitude prevailing at Bangalore WWICS branch. WWICS Bangalore branch recruits FRAUDS. PLEASE stop everyone from going to these folks.

Before I end, I'd like to mention Mr Sandhu that I am emotionally drained with WWICS. Worst customer treatment with zero communication skills displayed by your organization officials has for sure tarnished its image before my eyes. I have my relatives in Canada and I am aware about the process and time it takes to immigrate. My ONLY problem which eventually drove me to take this decision is WAY I WAS TREATED. Worst customer engagement experience till date. I also work and I know the importance of one bad feedback from a cleint about our service or an upset customer. Our attitude is to 'fix' it and NOT leave it, as I come across with WWICS for my case. I am sure you agree that I can be patient 10 times but if 11th time I have to ask same information/update again, I have all RIGHT to make noise. How difficult it is for Bangalore, Domlur branch to update me refund amount and time and why is it so difficult? Managers/leaders are ONES who take responsibility and own things up. I find NO one worthy of that title in Bangalore branch, simply because they do not have guts to own up goo[censored]ps.

I am sure Mr Sandhu knows why business and organizations abroad flourish. They have SOLID work ethics and customers are treated with RESPECT. I am witness to these organizations strong working ethics where MONEY from client is NOT important BUT the client him/herself. I guess it's time WWICS trains this attitude to its employees. WWICS Bangalore branch sucks!!

I am another victim of WWICS scam. I am using the word ‘another’ because I am sure there would be more people who got scammed by WWICS fraud. I feel so depressed right now because I patiently waited for their services to give me the desired result but all I got was deceit and disgust. WWICS is a heartless organization, who is utterly inhumane in their fraudulent actions.
