I have ordered a product(Mobile, brand name: BE Mobile) on June 18th 2015. But they didn't send status of the product. I have paid rupees 249 INR through payumoney cash card. I have tried to contact customer care but no reply and couldn't reach them. I have lost my money 249 INR.
