product not as per specification and pathetic customer support

XIAOMI website claims that MI3 has Corning Gorilla Glass 3.But the screen is not working as per gorilla glass. The Screen of my phone broke after falling from a mere height of 2 feet.Also when i moved to Service center they says that XIAOMI has not provided us with the spare parts.On the other hand XIAOMI website claims that "You can reach out to 30 easily accessible service centers".If the service center does not have the spare parts whats...

Pathetic customer service

This is just to alert anybody buying Byond tablets. They have no such thing as customer service. I had a brand new tablet (Mi-book 1) whose screen just went blank, sent to a service center in Navi Mumbai, Vashi called Kaizer Telecom. Its been almost 2 months since it was given and nothing has been done. Kaizer Telecom just always says "It will be done in 2 days". Its 2 months now and still no sign of the tab.

Negligence in repair

I had purchased a SPICE mobile phone on[protected]. My handset SPICE Mi-270 is under one year warranty. After in 3 months i got touch problem , I submitted it to my nearest customer care centre of SPICE mobile in G1, Maheshwari Chambers, Pajagutta, Somajiguda, Hyderabad .I had submitted it on july 07, 2012.
