I am not satisfied with your service..I brought new model tv mi 5x .I booked the tv on launch date and I received 17/09/2021..2 weeks before this tv display has gone.and I registered a service request on 12/07/2023..After 2 days a technician came to my home and check the tv.and he told me that the panel was faulty and replace the panel within 7 days..After 7 days there is no contact and I called his service center that is at perumbavoor..And a staff in the service center told me there is no panel dispatch and it will take more time ..They got a mail from xiaomi there is shortage of mi 5x 43 inch tv panel..After 10 working days I registered a complaint ..The one of your executive called me and tell it will take again 10 working days..This is not acceptable for me..This is new model tv ..The company is don't given proper support you cannot move ahead..I was one of the xiaomi fan . But after I faces this issue totally disappointed..Now almost 2 weeks my is tv dead.now they are saying wait until August 08..
