Xiomi — Redmi note 4 replacement issue | |||||
Hi, I had bought redmi note 4 from vijay sales and the new product sealed pack product touch is not working. Its a smart phone touch phone without touch how can xiomi want us to use. When we went to vijay sales they told us to go to xiomi service centre, and service centre guys saying to go to vijay sales. No one is giving refund or replacement product. They are saying that they will repair and give it to us since we have not purchased from their site. Dont buy xiomi redmi note 4, since they cant entertain after sales.
