I had placed an order for 3 puzzles from First Cry on 16th Sep '23. They couriered my order through their sister courier company -- XpressBees.
For the past 2 days, the package has been out for delivery, and at sharp 7 pm yesterday as well as today (20th and 21st Sep '23), the delivery man updated the status as "Customer not available".
But here comes the truth! I was at home all day on both days. Neither the delivery man called me nor came to my address. I even confirmed with our society watchman.
Now I can't cancel the order because it is in transit. The XPRESSBEES is a fraud courier service. Please urge all of you to not place online orders with companies that use XPRESSBEES as their courier partner. It is an unreliable and dishonest logistics firm.
I lost my money and did not get what I ordered. So please BEWARE! And steer clear of XpressBees! Was this information helpful? |
