I muhammad wasim kadirna has booked a flat in xrbia neral in 2015, building k2 406 and the executive told me by 2016 of the year you will get possession of your flat.
I had legal formalities in 2016 only such as agreement and loan
Till now i have paid them more than half amount
And subsequently i m paying interest to the bank
I had visit a site in neral. I was shocked looking at the buildings they made. And there they told me you will get possession in 2017 then 2108 end... Now it's almost 2019 end but they don't give nay dates or any updates
Is this the way u fool customer to sell ur house by giving so early date as mentioned on agreement 36 months
If we are late in payment your company charge us heavy penalties..
Without using anything or getting possession bank.
I am paying interest to my bank..
Almost 8 thousand per month to bank
And i have taken a house on rent which i m giving 15 thousand..
Now i m not in position to pay all those expenses..
What shoud i do further..
Either u return all my money with interest i paid to bank
Or minus those money for late possession
Otherwise i have go through maharera rule
