Dear sir.
Its been 02 years i am requesting my previous employer y axis (Jubilee hills head office branch) to correct my name in uan. (Lata is the head hr)
My employee code with y axis is 3198.
My correct name is premchand kannavaram. It is wrongly mentioned as prem chand mannar.
Its my sincere humble request to kindly do the name correction as requested.

Manullay processed my request. Employer informed me it takes a month time to get an update from EPFO team on my name updation.
I met my employer physically and Lucy done the needful. Lucy mam HR she approached me and assisted me very well in my concern.
Y-Axis Overseas Careers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As per the information received from the concerned department, they have already guided you on the procedure that needs to be initiated by the employee for the change to reflect in UAN portal. The reason of delay was that your email was not delivered to us. We hope this helps. In case you face any challenges do let us know.
