Updated by Kanika 23 I had enquirer about immigration to canada on 4th june 2018, where also i made a payment of rs 24, 990 at the y-axis gurgaon branch. Within 3 days of making the payment i had requested for the refund of the amount due to the change in plan. I was assured by shabana khan who was my consultant that i would get my money back. It has been more than two weeks that i have been trying to contact the y - axis team but everytime i call, it says that consultant is busy. I need all my money back as i haven’t used any service of yours. I need a revert back from you guys, else i would have to go to the consumer cell
