Got to know about Yaantra from a friend and he had a good experience. Called customer service and explained the problem. Someone from the service team collected from home for a 100 rs pick-up charge. Got a call from Service Center stating a part should be changed and it will cost around 1200 rs. I denied it and asked how much you will give for my phone? He did not listen to me and started bargaining on the service charges and finally agreed to 800 rs and said for 3 months is a guarantee. After service, they collected 800 rs from me, and in the invoice, it was mentioned one month. No response to my calls and messages till now. Already one month is over.
