YashTel — Disrespectful behaviour by Yashtel staff

Wanted a transfer of connection had call Yashtel call centre and informed, i was told that Ill be getting a call back . After making me wait for 10days, when i called to enquired further i found that they haven’t registered my transfer request. My call was transferred to ms. Shruthi, who very conveniently asked me to either wait for another 20 days or discontinue my connection. Surprised by Yashtel’s staff manner of handling customers.
