Complaint marked as Resolved After I requested for cancelling the connection I got call from the customer care stating the concerned department will be taking necessary steps asap. Then they finished the cabling work outside and made a call to me to get my account activated. I wasn't able to come by that time since I was out of office in morning waiting for these guys. So today they came back and got my account activated.
YashTel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
