This is to complain that yashtel broadband services was not available for 2 days i. E., 26th morning till 27th aug 2016 late night at j. P. Nagar, mysore. You are requested to credit back the lost time to our account and oblige. I regret to inform you that this is happening again and again and we have lost a lot of broadband time.
