[Resolved]  Yatra.com — Not getting refund for cancelled flight from Yatra.com

This flight got cancelled from Indigo itself and they sent us the credit note stating that your refund has already been given to your travel partner who is Yatra.com
We initiated refund with Yatra.com with steps they have given. On which we see status that refund is processed and also we sent mail to support team where they say the same thing but we did not receive anything in bank. We asked for transaction number on which they said for refund to process share your bank details for NEFT.
Firstly they said refund is processed whereas they did not take any steps and then we followed up again and again they asked for NEFT details. We provided that as well on which we are again not getting any update, Each time they say will update in 24 hours and they do not do anything. It is a month now we are trying to get refund. I dont understand the issue why they are not processing our refund.

Kindly note, we will only be able to process the NEFT into the account of the passenger or the person who made the payment for the booking.
