I am a customer of yfc gyms ratlam from 1.5 yrs and from starting i have seen and discussed with most of the customers who are also fed up with the manager who doesn't allows the a.c. to be turned during the peak heat hours which is 1pm to 5 pm whole year round and even when he turns on the a.c. which is other time instead of 1 pm to 5 pm then too he doesn't let the staff to regulate a.c. to a decent temperature and whenever we customers complain to him the manager misbehaves with us and by lot of complain he had stuck an unofficial poster that the a.c. will be at 31 to 35 at summer and 28 to 30 in winters even in summers there is insane heat and he had also stuck many unofficial posters of many things we had complaint again and again we customers are fed up with this please help higher authorities that manager surname is Shaktawat and he is very arrogant Was this information helpful? |
