I'm using You broadband internet for more than 6 months. From few days the internet is not proper at my area (Kakinada). The team is also not responding (quickly) they even saying useless answers. If we lost internet after 6pm in the evening they are not even checking the issue. Again we are getting the internet on the next mid-of-day. Like this it's happening for a week. Mostly the service is veryyy bad. We are really really veryyyy frustrated these days and our total money💰 got wasted. Was this information helpful? |
