Hello,
I have requested a connection for broadband on march 27 2020, but the connection never went through due to the lockdown situation, i was ok with this and gladly request a refund for the paid amount for which i was informed that refund would be processed via a cheque to the registered address.
The date today is september 14th 2020, it is close to six months and i have not received a refund, this is my first experience with you broadband after hearing good reviews from my friends.
This much delay and multiple calls to customer care, i was told only a limited no of replies,
1) our technical team will call you (They never called).
2) there is no update yet in the system. (Six months and still no update??)
By now you can understand that i am frustrated with this experience and would like a resolution asap.
