My name is arsh mahajan and i own a micromax yu yu5510a device with imei no. [protected]. On 29 march 2017 i have submitted my in warranty product yu5510a in m/s mobile tech service center in patiala, punjab. They gave me a job sheet having bar code no.[protected]-28260879. Although i got my device after 34 days which is a way tooo long for such a reputed company to get the device which was in warranty and that product which i got was also faulty having defects such as touch not working at all and most importantly a blunder mistake by yu company was made that my device was on android and i received a cyanogen mode device... Which was a very big mistake by yu televentures company... Therefore with these issues in my device which i got after 34 days i had to resubmit my phone for sending it to the company and i was told that i will be getting my device replaced with a new one as stated by the service center executive within minimum possible span of time.. After that i made a call tio the yu customer care through my phone no. ([protected]) on the provided no. ([protected])... And i had a conversation with the customer care executive of yu and i stated him all the problems i was facing and he assured me that i will be provided with a better service and after that i handed over the phone to the service center executive and he had a conversation with the yu cust. Care executive and my phone was then submitted again yesterday i. E. On 3 may 2017.. And i was provided with a new job sheet and its bar code no. Is[protected]-28641345 with imei no. Being same i. E [protected] and i was promised to get my device replaced with a new one fromn the yu company as soon as possible... Kindly look into my problem and resolve it as soon as possible... And send my replaced device as soon as possible
