Zaid Enterprises — purifier servicing fraud

I registered a complaint with zaid enterprises on friday (12th). They sent a technician on 12th jan evening. The technician replaced microswitch in the purifier and did not give us a bill even after we asked for it. The technician wrote on piece of paper and said the paper is valid. The next day the purifier stopped working again. I again registered a complaint with zaid enterprises but they did not send anyone on 13th jan. I again called them on 14th and 15th but they said they cannot send anyone because of holidays. I again called them today but they said they will not send anyone because we do not have a proper bill and that we should have taken fresh bill from the technician. They are not ready to refund the money or send technician and cheating innocent people.
