Dear Sir, I had transferred Rs. 2, 00, 000 on[protected] to Zebpay in their account: Beneficiary Name: Zeb IT Service Private Limited A/c No: [protected] IFSC Code: HDFC0000783 Account Type: Current from my account to buy bitcoins. But after receiving the funds in there account, they didn't credited it to my zebpay wallet. After so many email and call they said that they have received the payment and it will be showing in my wallet shortly. The delay is due to some system issue but after waiting for 2 days they stop answering my emails and also they have blocked my zebpay account. They are just scamming people and running their company. I had filed the complaint to Bank but till now i got no response. So i thought of posting it here. My registered Email address with them is sushant.[protected]@gmail.com Kindly help me getting my money back and let me know what legal proceedings i can do to get my money back. Even I am suffered in this I have lost 48L Initially started with 40K USDT and Commission - 20K Then 15K - mentioning again for tax 17K so notice it was not real . I checked with icici bank also, they told me that transfer is successful and also i shared the reference number with zebpay that i got from icici bank, still no response.
Please help somebody . What to do in this type of scenario

Hi I deposited Rs. 10000/- through net banking last night and they credited the same and I bought 49904 bits and send to my external bitcoin address. The transaction said "sent". But still I didn't get any tx_id from them and I didn't see any network relay nor transaction to my external address. I created support ticket and I get no response as of now. And I called to their toll free number but no one pick the call. So what can I do? Anybody can help here????

I have done RS deposit (D102821) of RS 10, 000.00 but it has been cancelled due to incorrect reference number.
I have raised the ticket for the same and also provided statement for the same but still it is not resolved. I called them several times but no response from support team as well.

ya i am also facing same issue these guys, I had made payment on zebpay of 5000 but still not showing on my zebpay wallet after 4 days continue followup the support department not short out this.

I have made transfer of amount Rs 5000 to zebpay icici bank account as shared to me on zebpay app. on 12/06/2017 but till today the amount is not been credited to my INR balance, i called customer care but they only give fake commitments that the balance will credited by every days EOD. I call them every day and it looks like it has become part and parcel of my daily routine.
Zebpay demanded for my 3 years it return and CIBIL Score back ground check as if this company is a RBI affilited body ?? Else they said would lock my account with Bitcoin in it. I transferred my bitcoins and advise every one to be cautious and careful sharing their private financial data with zebpay. They might also sell users financial data coz they are no business into loans and mortgages so why they would need these Info ? Who gave them the authority to demand and highjack users account for the sake of KYC. My bank doesn't ask for it even if I trade on demat accounts they won't ask for my tax return and CIBIL Score ?? Who the hell is zebpay to demand such information in order to become kyc compliant ?

I have deposited 50000 today 22nd AUG at 10AM. and i brought coins with 50000, i am able to see the transections, but fluctuating(changing). sometime showing previous balance and some times showing updated balance. it got scared. pls help to resolve this.

I placed an order few days back and deposited money into their axis bank account from my registered bank account which is also from axis bank.. amount was transferred and I submitted the transaction number to zebpay.. but instead of fulfilling my order they cancelled it.. when I approach the customer care they told me that they didn't received the amount..
After that I ask to my bank about my transaction and they confirmed me that transaction was successful and credited to zebpay IT services private limited.. Both accounts belongs to Axis Bank and bank has confirmed that amount is transferred successfully but they scammers r still not ready to accept it..
Now, I'm thinking to bring this matter to consumer court.. bcoz it belongs to consumer rights and security.. hope, will get justice from there..

I found another fraud of zebpay did anyone find their Bitcoin Cash after segwit fork 1 happened Before 1 August. According to law if you have any amount of BTC in your wallet note my words any amount of BTC 0.000001 OR 100 BTC you are eligible for a free BTC cash reward as per what amount you hold in your zebpay wallet.
For example Scenario A-- I have 1 BTC at the time of fork I am eligible for 1 BTC cash for free.
Scenario B-- I have 0.00001 BTC at that time I am also eligible for 0.00001 BTC cash for free.
The point is that zebpay didn't paid any amount of BTC cash to it's little investors which are in millions and steal their BTC cash which worth in crores, I am also not sure that they paid to it's big inventors.
Although for international exchange I personally enquired that almost 99% exchange paid the bonus BTC cash to it's users by 15 August 2017 at that time it touches it's peak of 800$ and now roughly around 300$.
So it is advisable to move your BTC by today 12 am night to these give wallet as they are fully prepared and will reward you with next BTC Gold.
